Sixty hectares of lush farmland previously run as a horse stud, provided the perfect base for the Garden Village with its existing large mature trees, post and rail fences, hedgerows and lanes. Stunning views of the impressive Kamai Ranges completed the picture.

Working in harmony with the existing landscaping, specialist planners have crafted a series of traditional hamlets. Individual dwellings are clustered around a central courtyard and overlook the rural surrounds. A central tree-lined boulevard links each hamlet.

To preserve the outlook from the hamlets, the larger lifestyle bocks have been positioned around the perimeter of the village.
